P28 Baked Cocoa-Cinnamon Chips

Ingredients Needed:

  • 1 P28 flatbread
  • Nonstick cooking spray
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 pack stevia


  • Pre-heat oven to 350˚. 
  • Cut the flatbread into small triangles and arrange on a cookie sheet (preferably on a silicone baking mat- or use nonstick spray) . 
  • Coat evenly with nonstick cooking spray. 
  • Sprinkle the cinnamon, cocoa and stevia over the flatbread evenly. 
  • Bake for about 6-7 minutes, or until edges of chips turn golden-brown. 
  • Another option: Cut the flatbread into even smaller pieces and use as cereal!
