P28 Cinnamon Sticks


  • 1 slice of P28 High Protein Bread
  • 1/3 cup of Egg Whites
  • 2 tblspn. of Cinnamon
  • 2 packets of Splenda


  • Cut your slice of P28 bread into as many sticks as you desire.
  • Mix egg whites, cinnamon and Stevia into a bowl.
  • Make sure the mix is very well mixed.
  • Cut P28 into narrow strips. One slice makes about 12 strips. 
  • Dip strips one by one into mix and let bread absorb mix for a few seconds. 
  • Spray pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Lay strips side by side.
  • Bake for 5 minutes or until crispy.

Best when served warm.

Serving Suggestion:

Kids will LOVE P28 Cinnamon Sticks and this is a great way to get some extra protein and healthy nutrients in their meals.

Serve with a small side of all natural peanut butter (1tbsp) or a small amount of sugar free syrup for dipping.
