P28 Crouton Salad


  • 1 slice of P28 High Protein Bread
  • 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil
  • 2-3 cups of Fresh Salad of your choosing.
  • Sea Salt – (sprinkle to your liking)
  • Black Pepper – (sprinkle to your liking)
  • Garlic Powder – (sprinkle to your liking)
  • Oregano – (sprinkle to your liking)
  • Basil – (sprinkle to your liking)
  • Vegetables to your choosing.


  • Measure out all ingredients.
  • Cut up any fresh vegetables you want to include in your salad.


  • Place 1 slice of P28 bread into a toaster. Toast until crispy.
  • Cut the slice of P28 bread into small squares, to your prefered size and quantity for your salad. 
  • Place 2-3 cups of a fresh salad or spinach into a bowl.
  • Add any vegetables you want to include.
  • Place your P28 croutons into the salad. Mix your salad and croutons if you desire.
  • Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil on top of salad. 
  • Sprinkle other ingredients to your liking. Mix well.
  • ENJOY your fresh High Protein Salad without meat!
