P28 Crunchy Blackberry/Peach Wrap

Ingredients Needed:

  • 1/2 P28 flatbread
  • 1/4 c plain 0% Greek yogurt
  • 1 T white chia seeds
  • 1 packet vanilla flavored stevia (or sweetener of choice)
  • 1/2 small peach (diced)
  • 5 large blackberries
  • 1/4 c diced cucumber (this adds an awesome crunch!)
  • A few fresh leaves of basil


  • Cut one P28 flatbread in half. 
  • In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, stevia and chia seeds together. 
  • Add the diced peach, blackberries, cucumber, basil and stir well. 
  • Spread evenly onto the flatbread and gently roll it up.
