P28 Eggs Benedict

Ingredients Needed:

  • 1 P28 High Protein Bagel 
  • 2 Eggs 
  • 2 Bacon Slices 
  • 1/2 cup of Low Fat Butter 
  • 2 slices of Tomato 
  • As many mixed greens as desired 
  • 1 package of  Knorr’s Bernaise Sauce Mixture
  • 1 cup of Milk 


  • Seperate one P28 Bagel, and place each side inside up on a plate. 
  • Cook four slices of bacon. Place on two slices on each of the slices of P28 Bagel. 
  • Grilled two slice of tomato and place on top of bacon on the P28 Bagels. 
  • Add desired amount of mixed greens on top of tomatoes. 
  • Cook two eggs, poached, until the egg white has mostly solidified, but the yolk remains soft.
  • Place one poached egg on each of the two P28 Bagel slices. 
  • Cook Knorr’s Bernaise Sauce Mixture to specifications on package. 
  • Pour sauce on top of the eggs on each P28 Bagel. 
  • Now Enjoy!
