P28 Open Faced Croque Monsieur


  • 1 slice NutriBreads P28 High Protein Bread
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • ¼ cup liquid egg whites
  • dash of cinnamon
  • 2-3 drops French Toast Capella Drops
  • 1- 4oz Perdue Fit and Easy Turkey Breast Filet- cooked
  • 1 slice Low Fat, Low Salt Swiss Cheese

Raspberry Sauce:

  • 1 TBS Walden Farms Pancake Syrup
  • 1 TBS Smucker’s Sugar Free Raspberry Jam
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard


  1. Heat up a nonstick pan and spray lightly with Pam cooking spray.
  2. Combine liquid egg whites, 1 tsp dijon mustard, dash of cinnamon and capella drops.

  3. Take bread and dip into egg mixture until saturated on both sides.
  4. Add bread to pan and grill on both sides until toasted and brown on each side. Place your cooked turkey breast and slice of swiss cheese on top of bread. Cover until cheese melts.

To prepare the raspberry sauce:

  1. Combine the raspberry jam, I 1tsp dijon mustard, and 1TBS Walden Farms Pancake Syrup in small separate bowl.
  2.  Plate and drizzle the raspberry sauce on top. You can also serve this with some extra maple syrup on the side.
