P28 Ricotta & Fresh Tomato Pizza

Ingredients Needed:  

  • 1 – P28 High Protein Flat Bread
  • 1/2 Cup Part Skim Ricotta
  • 3 Cloves Garlic, minced
  • Dash Olive Oil
  • Fresh Basil Leaves
  • 1/4 thin sliced Yellow Peppers, seeded
  • 1 thin sliced Roma Tomato
  • Thin sliced Red Onion Rings (1/4 medium onion)


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Mince garlic and combine with olive oil, set aside. 
  3. Spread ricotta cheese onto the P28 (High Protein) Flatbread. 
  4. Top pizza with fresh basil leaves, tomato slices, red onion rings, pepper slices. 
  5. Drizzle with garlic and olive oil. 
  6. Place into hot oven until crust becomes crisp, watch it after 5 minutes or so to prevent overcooking. 
  7. Cut into 6 slices.
