P28 Breads, Bagels, Flat Breads:
From the time you receive your bread product, you will have anywhere from 10-14 days of shelf life if stored at normal room temperature. However, if you choose to freeze your Bread, Bagels, or Flat Bread, it will last up to 6 months! *

P28 Spreads: 
Our P28 High Protein Spreads will last up to 1 year! We recommend storing them at room temperature. Do not freeze or refrigerate your Spreads. Once opened, your Spreads will last up to 3 months! 

* Shelf life varies depending on your location of delivery, and the date of your order. 

P28 High Protein Breads, Bagels, and Flat Breads: 
From the time you receive your P28 High Protein Bread, Bagels, or Flat Bread, you will have around 10-14 days of shelf life at normal room temperature.  We suggest freezing any unused loaves. Bread that is put in the freezer, will last up to 6 months!

Please make sure to keep the bread away from any warm temperature areas.

P28 High Protein Peanut Butter Spreads: 
We recommend that you store our P28 Spreads at room temperature. We don't suggest refrigeration/freezing.  The Spreads will stay fresh for 1 year. 

You may notice a unique, heartier texture compared to your average commercial sliced bread. This is because of the high quality ingredients we are using, especially the Whey Protein Isolate. For a different texture, try toasting and get a whole new taste.

Toasting may get some of the surface protein browned, known as the Maillard reaction, and/or burned (becoming ash).  Those browned/burned proteins only represent a small portion of bread protein, and the blackened proteins will lose their nutrition value. 

Toasting will not further denature proteins since they have been denatured during baking. As a cooked egg white, further cooking neither re-natures the egg white nor further denatures the protein.

Currently the only Gluten Free products we offer are our High Protein Peanut Butter Spreads. 

Protein is an important nutrient needed by everyone on a daily basis. It is made up of essential and non-essential amino acids, which are the "building blocks" for healthy bodies. Protein has a number of different roles in the body including the following:

1.) Repair body cells.
2.) Build and repair muscle and bones.
3.) Provide a source of energy.
4.) Control many of the important processes in the body related to metabolism.

Whey Protein Isolate (WPI) is when the whey protein is filtered to remove any lactose, fat, and carbohydrates from the original protein. It is a by-product of cheese manufactured from cow's milk. Whey protein is the best protein you can get whether you want to build muscle, lose weight, and to get healthy.

All the proteins will be affected by baking process, so called protein denaturation. Denaturation is a process in which proteins lose their tertiary structure and secondary structure while maintaining their primary structure (the sequence of amino acids). Denatured wheat proteins increase their digestibility, therefore they become more nutritious to our body. 

Whey protein is a high quality, complete protein and a rich source of branched chain amino acids and essential amino acids. These are important for individuals who are involved in sports, exercise, or do resistance training. The requirement for branched chain amino acids increases during exercise as they are taken up directly by the skeletal muscles versus first being metabolized through the liver, like other amino acids. Low levels of branched chain amino acids may contribute to fatigue and they should be replaced within 2 hours or less following exercise. Many athletes often take one-half of their whey protein drink before exercise to help optimize their workout. Whey protein also helps to repair and rebuild lean muscle tissue that is broken down by exercise.

Xylitol is an all natural sweetener that looks and tastes like sugar. Xylitol is naturally occurring in many of the fruits and vegetables we eat on a daily basis. Once extracted and processed it yields a white, crystalline granule that can be used in any recipe that calls for sugar. It’s good for your teeth, stabilizes insulin and hormone levels, promotes good health and has none of the negative side effects of white sugar or artificial sweeteners. It contains only 2.4 calories per gram and is slowly absorbed as a complex carbohydrate. Xylitol looks like sugar, tastes like sugar, and is the same sweetness as sugar – making it the ideal natural sugar replacement.

Xylitol is a natural insulin stabilizer, therefore it doesn’t cause a spike in blood sugar and actually helps reduce sugar and carbohydrate cravings. There is a growing consensus among anti-aging research that maintaininglow insulin levels is one of the keys to a successful anti-aging program.

Xylitol is a natural sugar alcohol, and is safe for human consumption. However, xylitol can be harmful to your canine pals (dogs) and should be kept away so they cannot consume it. If you do however suspect your dog has ingested any food containing xylitol, we recommend you immediately contact your local veterinarian. 

We ship our products via UPS Ground. However, some products (Trial Packs and APO/FPO orders are sent via USPS).

Currently, we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.

Currently, we do not offer shipping to Hawaii or Alaska. However, we are working extremely hard to expand our distribution to those states as soon as possible. Keep an eye out on our Retail Locations for any updates.

Due to this being a food item, all orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days. 

We accept all major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express).  

Credit card payments must have a matching Billing Address input into our site that matches the Billing Address on your credit card. 

Also, we only accept U.S. based credit cards. 

Currently, we DO NOT accept payments via PayPal.  At this time we only accept credit card payments. However, we are working to incorporate PayPal as a form of payment in the very near future. 

We DO NOT offer refunds or exchanges on our products. Sometimes mistakes are made, and in those cases, we will do all we can to help and make it right as fast as possible. 

We DO NOT offer refunds or exchanges for any order mistakes that were input on your end. We ask that you carefully review all orders before submitting them through our system to make sure they are 100% correct. Once we ship product out, we are unable to accept any returns. 

We DO NOT offer refunds or exchanges for any user input Incorrect Address Errors or Undeliverable Addresses input as your Shipping Address when you processed your order on our site.  It is important you completely look over your Shipping information before you submit your order.
