Our Bread Products can last up to 12 months when frozen. Once thawed, they have anywhere from 11-14 days shelf life at room temperature.

When sealed, our P28 High Protein Spreads and Pancakes will last up to 1 year if you let them. They don’t like the cold, so keep them at room temperature and away from the fridge.

Once opened, you’ve got 3 months to use the High Protein spread, but we doubt it will take you that long.
