Caramel High Protein Energy Balls

This high protein energy ball recipe will help you bring protein wherever you go. Inspired by Turtle chocolates, these nutty caramel balls give you the perfect bite.

If your grandma never gave you Turtle’s chocolates, this recipe will make you wish she had. These Caramel Energy Balls will keep you going whether you’re in beast-mode, or sitting at your desk wishing you were in Hawaii.

250 mL (1 cup) Cashew Caramel Turtle Spread
45 mL (3 Tbsp.) Honey
375 mL (1 ½ cups) Rolled Oats
125 mL (1/2 tasse) Shredded Coconut
60 mL (1/4 cup) Caramel Chips
80 mL (1/3 cup) Chopped Cashews
15 mL (1 Tbsp.) Water


In a bowl, mix all of the ingredients of the recipe.

Using your hands, make 1 ½ inch balls (add a touch of water if they don’t hold well together). Keep refrigerated or frozen.
