Ingredients
Spicy Peanut Sauce
60 mL (1/4 Cup) Of P28 Peanut Butter
1 Garlic Clove, Minced
5 mL (1 tsp.) Of Ginger, Grated
15 mL (1 Tbsp.) Seasoned Rice Vinegar
10 mL (2 tsp.) Sriracha
10 mL (2 tsp.) Soy Sauce
30 mL (2 Tbsp.) Water
Other Ingredients
1 Pork Tenderloin (approx 500 g)
15 mL (1 Tbsp.) Canola Oil
30 mL (2 Tbsp.) Soy Sauce
15 mL (1 Tbsp.) Honey
5 mL (1 tsp.) Sesame Seeds
Directions
In a bowl and using a whisk, mix all of the ingredients of the spicy peanut sauce together. Set aside.
In a pan on medium heat, sear the pork fillet for 2 minutes on each side (4 sides). Put the pork filet aside to rest.
Over medium-low heat, add the soy sauce and the honey to the pan and stir to create the marinade.
Roll the pork fillet into the marinade, and transfer it to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake for 10 minutes.
Drizzle generous amounts of the spicy peanut sauce, and serve.
