Ingredients
225g (1/2 lb.) of Pie Dough
3 Cortland Apples, Seeded, Peeled And Coarsely Chopped
60 mL (1/4 Cup) Sugar
30 mL (2 Tbsp.) Flour
30 mL (2 Tbsp.) Chilled Butter, Diced
5 mL (1 tsp.) Cinnamon
125 mL (1/2 Cup) P28 Apple Crisp Spread
Directions
On a clean, flour-dusted work surface, roll out the dough and cut into 5 inch circles. Line the bottom of 6 mini pie molds or large muffin molds.
In a bowl, mix the apples with the sugar, flour, chilled butter and cinnamon.
Spoon about 10-15 mL of Apple Crisp butter in the bottom of each pie shell and cover with the apple mixture. Cover with latticed dough if desired.
Bake in the center of the oven for 20 minutes. Serve warm.
