Two Wraps


2 P28 Wraps
6 Eggs, Beaten
30 mL (2 Tbsp.) Milk
15 mL (1 Tbsp.) Butter
125 mL (1/2 Cup) Grated Monterey Jack Cheese
250 mL (1 Cup) Kidney Beans
125 mL (1/2 Cup) Salsa


In a bowl and with a whisk, mix the eggs with the milk and season as desired.

In a frying pan on medium heat, cook the eggs in the butter while stirring slowly until the eggs are cooked.

On a clean work surface, lay out the wraps. Add the grated cheese, the scrambled eggs, the beans, and the salsa.

Roll the wraps and serve.
