P28 French Toast Casserole
Ingredients Needed:
5 slices P28 High Protein Bread
2 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 cup of Sugar Free Vanilla Coffee Creamer
1.5 cups of Fat Free Milk
2/3 cup of Splenda
1 cup of Muscle Egg, Eggwhites
1 tsp. Vanilla
Optional (one whole banana, finely chopped)
Directions:
Break up bread into small pieces and put into baking pan.
Mix all liquid ingredients together with Splenda and Cinnamon and pour mixture over the crumbled bread and sprinkle extra cinnamon over the top.
Cover and let it sit in the fridge overnight.
Next morning, pop it in the oven and bake 40 to 50 minutes at 350 degrees or until knife inserted in center comes out dry.
