P28 French Toast Casserole

Ingredients Needed:

  • 5 slices P28 High Protein Bread
  • 2 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup of Sugar Free Vanilla Coffee Creamer
  • 1.5 cups of Fat Free Milk 
  • 2/3 cup of Splenda
  • 1 cup of Muscle Egg, Eggwhites
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • Optional (one whole banana, finely chopped) 


  • Break up bread into small pieces and put into baking pan.
  • Mix all liquid ingredients together with Splenda and Cinnamon and pour mixture over the crumbled bread and sprinkle extra cinnamon over the top. 
  • Cover and let it sit in the fridge overnight. 
  • Next morning, pop it in the oven and bake 40 to 50 minutes at 350 degrees or until knife inserted in center comes out dry.
