P28 Ham & Cheese Bake

  • 2 slices of P28 Bread
  • 1/2 cup Fat Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • 2 tsp Ground Mustard
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/2 lb Sliced Ham 


  1. This dish needs to be prepared the night before and it is baked the next morning.
  2. Take two slices of P28 Bread and cut into squares
  3. Spray a non-stick pan with Pam cooking spray and place on medium heat
  4. Toast the P28 squares on the pan until crispy
  5. Grab a baking dish and spray with Pam.
  6. Place half the P28 Bread squares on the bottom of the dish
  7. Cut the sliced ham into squares and place half of the ham squares on top of the bread slices
  8. Layer half of the shredded cheddar on top of the ham
  9. Repeat the layering process with the remaining bread, ham, and cheese
  10. In a bowl pour the cup of Almond milk and add the three eggs. You can substitute with egg whites
  11. Add 2 tsp of Ground Mustard to the egg and milk mixture
  12. Whisk mixture until well blended
  13. Pour the Egg and Milk mixture on top of the baking dish until fully covered.
  14. Cover the baking dish and place in the refrigerator overnight
  15. In the morning uncover the baking dish and place in oven at 350 for 30-40 minutes.
