P28 Pizza Bread

Ingredients Needed:

  • 1-2 slices of P28 High Protein Bread or 1 P28 High Protein Bagel
  • 1/4 cup of Newman’s Own Garlic Herb Pasta Sauce
  • 10 Turkey Pepperoni Slices
  • 1/4 cup of fresh Pineapple
  • 1/4 cup of Fat Free Mozzarella Cheese


  • Cut your pineapple into small slices. Cut to any size you desire. You will cut 1/4 of a cup of pineapple.
  • Place your P28 bread on a baking sheet or pizza sheet.
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.


  • Take your slice of P28 bread and evenly spread 1/4 cup of garlic herb pasta sauce evenly on top.
  • Scatter your pepperoni’s on top.
  • Now, scatter your pre-cut pineapple slices on top of the bread as well.
  • Next, sprinkle 1/4 cup of fat free mozzarella cheese on top of the entire piece. Make sure to spread evenly.
  • Once your oven is preheated, place your P28 Pizza Bread in at 350 degrees for 20 minute or until cooked fully to your liking.
  • That’s it! You’re done. Now enjoy!
