Ingredients: 1/2 cup P28 Plain Peanut Butter 4 ounces unsalted butter Natures Promise 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate 1 cup sugar or 24 stevia packets 1 scoop ALLMAX ISO FLEX 2 extra-large eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 1/3 cup brown rice flour 2 handfuls sugar free Hershey chocolate chips
Directions: Preheat the oven to 350°. Line an 8-inch baking pan with tin foil, and let foil hang over the edges. Spray PAM on the foil.
Put the butter and chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. It's time to melt the butter and chocolate! Place in the microwave for 1 minute. Whisk together the melted butter and chocolate. If there are any remaining chunks of chocolate, microwave for 30 more seconds. Stir well.
Now it's time to make the batter! Mix all ingredients together. Wet ingredients first, then add dry ingredients to mix. Stir until smooth and no visible chunks.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly into the corners. Swirl P28 Peanut Butter Spread into mix with a knife. Bake until the edges have begun to pull away from the pan and the center is just starting to set, about 20 to 25 minutes. Let cool and remove the brownies from the pan.
