P28 Sweet Pudding Roll

Ingredients Needed:

  • 1 – P28 High Protein Flat Bread
  • 1-Serving Myotropics Physique 2.0 (3 Scoops)
  • 1-Serving Myotropics Thermicarb (1 Scoop)
  • 12oz. Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 1 Dash of Cinnamon 


  1. Make the Myotropics Chocolate pudding by combining the 12 oz of Almond milk with 3 scoops of Physique 2.0 and one scoop of Thermicarb. Shake in shaker cup for 10 seconds. 
  2. With a spatula scoop it out of shaker and spread the pudding evenly on a P28 Flat Bread
  3. Add a dash of Cinnamon
  4. Roll it up cut it in half.
  5. Wrap together or separately with Aluminum foil and place in refrigerator
